Baby Brother Update

Hi everyone - here is an update with no pictures but good news! Baby brother and Mommy had our 37 + 2 doctor visit today and everything was fantastic! Mommy's blood pressure and weight were great, and we got an ultrasound to see how big he is getting! He's estimated at 6 1/2 lbs right now so that is great! The doctor didn't want him getting too big because Mommy had a bad tear last time around so this has alleviated some worries. Dr. G. is going to let Mommy go till the due date or beyond, so we'll see how that goes! Mommy is 70% effaced and 2 cm dilated which is progress from last week, but I'm not getting too excited because I know you can stay that way for weeks. But hopefully it's a sign that something will happen relatively soon! We are excited to meet this little one. It feels weird to be beyond the point where Sophie was born, but we are so grateful that the blood pressure has been fine to this point and everything has gone well. Praying for a smooth arrival sometime in the next few weeks!!

Oh and in Sophie news, she has her first ballet 'recital' on Saturday - stay tuned for some pictures!!
