Week 25 + 5 - Back from our quick trip to the 'ville

Greetings everyone! We're back in Dublin after a quick but fun trip back to Louisville! The weather didn't cooperate, but we had a great time at the showers and catching up with everyone!

First, the all important Official Week 25 Picture. Daddy managed to sneak into this one (and partially obstruct the bump :)




















Next we have pictures from the all-girl shower thrown by Kate's wonderful aunt Marrian! It was held at Hursbourne Country Club and made perfect by flowers, a beautiful cake, and, of course, the company! Check out all the gorgeous women wishing Kate and the little one well!




















And . . . the next day, Andrew's terrific aunt Carolyn threw another shower for the Renda side of our growing family! We had grandmothers, parents, aunts, cousins, friends, and even a recent bride (cousin Sarah) and her new husband, Joe. The Mark's Feed Store BBQ was a big hit, and dessert consisted of the best homemade cheesecake (Carolyn) and Derby Pie (Mary Kay) ever! We missed Kristin (Andrew's god daughter) who was away visiting her dad.



















And, finally . . . upcoming events!
1. The nursery is almost complete! Andrew's mom made the crib skirt, crib bumper and the curtain. Kate's mom made baby's first blanket. And, the shower gifts filled all the gaps in between! Pictures are coming soon!
2. Baby's 3-D Ultrasound is coming up on Friday!
